Face-to-Face Trainer (Health & Social Care & Clinical) – UK Wide Are you a passionate and highly experienced Trainer making a real impact in the Health & Social Care sector? Join us in improving standards across the Health & Social Care sector by delivering training that truly impacts lives. We are looking for an experienced, in person Trainer to join our growing team either as an Associate or in a Permanent capacity, delivering high-quality sector-specific, or clinical training across varying UK locations. About the Role As a Trainer, you will deliver engaging, practical, and compliant training sessions to a range of clients including NHS and emergency services, large care providers, local authorities and private healthcare organisations. This is a demanding role ideal for someone who thrives in a face-to-face environment, is willing to travel to multiple organisations across the UK to raise the standard of care. Key Responsibilities Deliver face-to-face, onsite training to multiple customers Health & Social Care settings. Facilitate both mandatory and specialist courses Adapt training to suit different learning styles and environments Ensure all content is aligned with UK legislation and best practice Support learners to develop competence and confidence in their roles Travel across the UK to client sites What We’re Looking For Proven experience delivering training within Health & Social Care A qualified trainer with over 2 years in person training experience in Health and Social Care Relevant clinical or care background Recognised training/teaching qualification (e.g. AET/PTLLS or equivalent) Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners Full UK driving licence, car ownership and willingness to travel What We Offer Competitive day rate / salary (depending on experience) Flexible working opportunities Ongoing professional development Opportunity to be part of a supportive and growing organisation
