Blue Anchor Leisure is seeking an ambitious and experienced sales professional to join our growing holiday home sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a proven track record in high-value sales who is motivated by success, enjoys building relationships and thrives in a target-driven environment.

As one of Lincolnshire's leading holiday park operators, we offer an established brand, quality products, strong lead generation opportunities and a highly rewarding commission structure designed to recognise and reward performance.

The Role

Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting holiday home viewings, building customer relationships and converting enquiries into sales.

This is a proactive sales role suited to individuals who are confident in managing the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets. Generate new business through proactive lead generation, social media activity, networking and follow-up of existing enquiries. Conduct professional holiday home viewings and park tours. Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. Negotiate and close high-value sales opportunities. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation. Work closely with the Sales Manager to maximise sales performance and opportunities. Ensure online listings and sales information remain accurate and up to date. Represent Blue Anchor Leisure professionally at sales events, open days and exhibitions.

About You

Proven experience in a target-driven sales environment. Strong closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets. Self-motivated, ambitious and results-focused. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Professional, trustworthy and highly organised. Comfortable generating your own sales opportunities as well as converting inbound enquiries. Experience within holiday home, property, automotive, leisure or other high-value sales sectors would be advantageous. Full UK Driving Licence.
