Growth Automation is a leading Lead Generation AI Service Provider serving B2B clients worldwide. We develop our own systems that scale our clients.
We are building a team of A-players to join us on the journey to make an impact in the B2B business world.
That’s why we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team.
The Role
The role of an Account Manager is to fulfill Outbound Marketing Services for our B2B clients to help them generate leads and grow their sales pipeline – as well as ensure seamless communication and strategic alignment between our clients and our internal team.
Account Managers act as strategic Lead Generation Specialists for our clients – creating outbound marketing campaigns across email and LinkedIn, managing client and internal communication, and delivering exceptional results that align with each client's business objectives.
We are currently in search of a proactive, results-driven individual who's looking for the opportunity to work with a range of clients and business verticals with our strong team, while utilizing the most advanced Lead Generation strategies and tech available.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding new Clients
- Client Relationship Management & Client Communication - building a well working relationship with the client is the most important part of the work.
- Liaison with our Audience specialist to create targeted lead lists using our range of tools.
- Liaison with our LinkedIn specialist to produce strong results with LinkedIn Outreach
- Create scripts for outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn with our proprietary tools.
- Liaison with our team to keep client projects on schedule and moving forward.
- Tracking and monitoring outbound campaign performance and delivery.
- Internal Team Coordination with the Fulfillment Team.

Requirements
These are skills and experiences that would make you a strong candidate for this position:
- Experience in running B2B Cold Email Marketing Campaigns.
- Experience in running B2B LinkedIn Outreach Campaigns.
- Experience writing copy that converts cold traffic into warm traffic (lead generation)
- Experience in a B2B Sales / Marketing / Business Development.
- Experience using AI tools.
- Experience consulting other B2B SaaS or B2B Service businesses.
- Experience using tools like Instantly, SmartLead, and EmailBison for cold email.
- Experience using AI tools or developing AI automations

Hours (flexible)
Full-time, Monday through Friday with flexibility on working hours.
You have the opportunity to create your own schedule with flexibility on working hours and location.
On-Track Earnings
Performance-based compensation — no flat salary cap. Your earnings scale directly with the book you manage and retain.
Management base: a fixed monthly fee per active client based on plan size — $45 (Starter), $90 (Growth), $150 (Pro).
Renewal bonus: 4% of each client's monthly invoice, paid every month they stay active.
Onboarding fees: one-time payment per new client you set up ($60 Starter, $100 Growth/Pro).
On-Track Earnings of ~$1,800–$3,200+/month, with earnings continuing to climb past target as your book grows (e.g. ~$4,950/mo at 30 clients, ~$6,600/mo at 40). No cap.
