Experienced Legal Secretary
Are you personable, empathetic, hardworking and ambitious? If so, you could be an integral part of the team providing the best service possible to our loyal clients. We are looking for an experienced legal secretary to provide support to our growing team.
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors Audio typing Assist with invoicing and credit control Support the onboarding of new clients, including AML checks and file setup Prepare, format, and maintain case files and legal documentation Manage diaries, schedule appointments and organise meetings Liaise with clients in person, by telephone and by email in a professional and confidential manner Handle sensitive information with discretion and accuracy Preparation of bundles for Court hearings General office administration: filing, scanning, document management and database updates Ensure GDPR compliance and uphold confidentiality across all work

Requirements Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within litigation Excellent typing and MS Office skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities Accuracy and attention to detail are essential Professional telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a busy team

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
