No prior experience is required — just a genuine desire to help others.Job DescriptionWe are recruiting experienced Live-in Care Professionals to provide high-quality 1:1 care to clients in their own homes across our service areas.This role is ideal for carers who are confident working independently and delivering person-centred support.Key Responsibilities:Providing personal care and daily living support on a 1:1 basisSupporting clients with routines while promoting independence and dignityAssisting clients to access the community and attend appointmentsBuilding strong, professional relationships with clients and familiesEssential Requirements:Previous care experience is essential (ideally in a 1:1 or live-in setting)Ability to work independently and manage care responsibilitiesA compassionate, reliable, and professional approachWillingness to travel across our territory, including:Swadlincote, Burton, Derby, Nottingham, East Nottingham, Ilkeston, West Bridgford, and GranthamRight to work in the UKDesirable (Not Essential):Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleWe Offer:Competitive pay reflecting experienceOngoing training and professional supportA rewarding role supporting clients to live independently at homeApply today if you are an experienced carer looking for a fulfilling live-in position.Additional InformationBenefitsCompetitive pay & milage allowanceFlexible hours to suit your availabilityPaid training and ongoing professional developmentA supportive and friendly team environmentRewarding work that makes a real difference
