We are looking for a motivated Cost Consultant with a strong leaning towards M&E to join our Cost Consultancy offer across the business, to be based in the London office. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional who is looking to develop their skills and long-term career growth within a vibrant and supportive company.
In this role, you will specifically provide M&E Cost advice to projects in either a role supporting the Cost Consultant or direct to the client depending on the nature of the project.

- Provide M&E Cost Advice and strategic procurement advice across projects at all stages
- Contribute to MDA turnover and profitability
- Aim to grow the MDA M&E Cost Consultancy service across the business leading to future consideration of leading / growing a dedicated department
Essential
- MRICS qualified (or working towards)
- Relevant Bachelor level degree
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in similar roles
- Strong understanding of construction cost and procurement principles, particularly the M&E Sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Client facing
Desirable
- London based (or surrounding areas)
