About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who excels at working both collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and independently with initiative. We are seeking an individual who takes pride in their work, thrives in self-directed roles, and approaches the business with the dedication and care as if it were their own.
The Role
- Full time
- Based on the Holywood Road, Belfast
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Salary: 30k basic plus uncapped monthly bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships, always putting client needs first.
- Generate New Business: Network and use personal connections to bring in new clients.
- Estate Agent Collaboration: Manage day-to-day interactions with Estate Agent leads.
- System Improvement: Help refine and improve internal processes to support business growth.
- Admin Expertise: Handle administrative tasks confidently using our various platforms and software.
- Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by managing your pipeline, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Support a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, helping colleagues, and working together toward common goals.
- Social Media Engagement: Use platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn for business development and client engagement.
- Attention to Detail: Provide excellent service with high standards of professionalism, grammar, and accuracy.
- Commitment to Success: Work flexible hours to meet goals and ensure success.

- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Mortgage Adviser with a strong track record.
- Self-Motivation: Able to work independently, treating the role like your own business.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser.
- Applications will only be considered from fully CeMAP, MAQ or CF1 and CF6 qualified individuals.
- Have exceptional customer service skills and presentation.
- Experienced in offering advice on all aspects of residential mortgages and the associated protection products, including Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection, Buildings & Contents Insurance.
