The ADHD Centre is a CQC-registered private organisation specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of neurodiversity, including ADHD and ASD, for children, students, young adults, and adults. With clinics in London and Manchester, as well as comprehensive online services across the UK, the centre offers flexible access to high-quality care.
Since 2009, thousands of clients have benefited from a holistic, evidence-based approach that combines assessment, medication management, therapy, and coaching. Care is delivered by highly experienced, GMC-registered Consultant Psychiatrists supported by expert coaches and psychologists. The centre has received "I Want Great Care" certificates of excellence in 2023 and 2024.
In addition to individual care, The ADHD Centre provides tailored workplace advice and solutions to help organisations create inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly environments.
Role Description
This is a remote contract role for experienced neurodiversity clinical pharmacy prescribers at The ADHD Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake medication reviews and prescribing for individuals with ADHD and related neurodivergent conditions, in collaboration with Consultant Psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team.
- Evaluate and optimise treatment plans and pharmacotherapy, ensuring safe titration and continuation of medication.
- Monitor efficacy and side effects of treatments while supporting clients in understanding and managing their regimen.
- Maintain accurate clinical records while adhering to relevant guidelines and governance requirements.
- Participate in virtual consultations and team meetings to ensure cohesive, collaborative care.
- Contribute to service development, promote best practices in neurodiversity care, and offer clinical advice to colleagues where needed.

Qualifications & Experience Required
Essential:
- Demonstrated expertise in Pharmacy Practice and general Pharmacy, with current professional registration and prescribing rights.
- Experience in Hospital Pharmacy and multidisciplinary clinical settings, including collaboration with psychiatrists and other health professionals.
- Strong knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacotherapy, particularly in neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions such as ADHD and ASD.
- Proven ability to:
- Conduct safe medication reviews
- Manage complex treatment regimens
- Apply evidence-based guidelines
- Experience or strong interest in neurodiversity and mental health, ideally within ADHD services or similar specialist clinics.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain treatment options clearly and sensitively to clients and families.
- Comfort with remote clinical work, secure digital systems, and telehealth platforms.
- Commitment to inclusive, person-centred care and continuous professional development.
