Location: Bristol, Glasgow, Burton on Trent, Gloucester, Leatherhead, Manchester, Plymouth
Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office and working from home.
The Frazer-Nash Asset Integrity Teams are set up to provide knowledge and understanding on the integrity and design of mechanical structures using innovative analysis and assessment approaches. We support our clients by delivering expert guidance and efficient operation of assets that are high value, high performance and safety critical. The work we deliver ranges from substantiation of new designs to supporting life extension of critical plant.
There is significant demand for these skills across the life cycle of nuclear programmes from small modular reactors, new builds, power generation, life extension, defueling, and decommissioning. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
