In this role, you’ll be a key member of the practice, contributing to the growth and continual improvement of our service. We’re seeking someone who is proactive, curious, and always looking for ways to enhance the patient experience. Most importantly, you’ll share our commitment to truly patient-centred care — taking the time to understand each individual’s visual needs and ensuring they leave feeling confident, cared for, and well-informed. Warmth, clarity, and genuine empathy are essential. As an ambassador for Eyesite, you’ll represent both our brand and our profession within the practice and our local community. Your responsibilities will include: Dispensing spectacles and sunglasses Carrying out spectacle collections, fittings, and adjustments Providing excellent in-room handovers Supporting reception: answering phones, booking appointments, and greeting patients Discussing contact lenses and alternative eyecare solutions Contributing to the smooth, day-to-day running of the practice Availability to work on Saturdays What's Next?
