Position:

Close-knit AJ100 practice is looking for an experienced Part II or recently qualified architect with Revit to contribute to high-end refurbishment projects in the City.

In this role you will be working as part of a team on either a workplace or hotel refurbishment project in the city on technical delivery stages. Building on your client liaison and consultant coordination skills, this offers the opportunity to take the reins on your own career development, with future opportunities to step into a project leading role, and build your portfolio with a significant UK scheme at a practice where everyone has a voice.

Candidate:

  • RIBA Part II / Part III Architect from a design focused practice
  • Experience of working on high-end retrofit, either workplace and/or hotels
  • Strong design sensibilities, graphical and presentation skills
  • Experience working on packages at RIBA stages 3-5
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to embrace the variety of opportunities that come with being part of a busy practice
  • Revit essential
