We're Hiring | Experienced Photocopier / MPS Service Engineer
AFP Digital Ltd is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Photocopier / Managed Print Service Engineer to join our established and friendly service team.
Based in Gildersome, Leeds, we've been delivering exceptional Managed Print Services for 18 years. As an independent, owner-managed business, we've built our reputation on outstanding customer service, technical expertise and long-term relationships with our clients across the North of England.
If you're an experienced engineer who enjoys solving technical problems, working independently and building strong relationships with customers, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role You'll be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining multifunction printers and photocopiers, diagnosing faults, resolving print and network-related issues, and delivering first-class customer service.

The role is primarily field-based across the North of England, although we support customers throughout the UK, so occasional overnight stays may be required.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced photocopier / MPS service engineer
- Excellent print-related IT and networking skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
- Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Experience with Kyocera or UTAX equipment would be an advantage, but is not essential
- Experience with Ricoh and Konica Minolta devices would also be beneficial
