Experienced Property Lawyer/Conveyancer

The Role At a Glance

Our Property Lawyers at Simply are trusted experts who bring advanced technical leasehold skill, excellent service and a collaborative spirit to every stage of the conveyancing journey.

We’re looking for passionate conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with leasehold experience to join our team of property experts who are committed to quality, service and continuous improvement.

What We Need From You

Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or highly experienced in residential conveyancing Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation Strong client care skills – we strive to communicate complex legal information clearly Ability to manage and prioritise a caseload and meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail and a risk-aware approach to work Competent user of Microsoft Office and case management systems
