Job Title: Experienced Property Sales Consultant

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: Competitive, with incentives and uncapped commission


Job Description:

We are looking for experienced property sales consultants with a proven track record of selling off-plan property investments in Manchester. Candidates must be based in Manchester city centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client viewings and tours for partners, overseas offices and your own clients
  • Handle new enquiries and progress them through to sale
  • Organise and participate in sales events
  • Work effectively as part of a team, while also being comfortable working independently
  • Demonstrate a strong track record in face-to-face sales roles, including taking clients on viewings
  • Be commercially aware and understand how different clients will benefit from our products and services
  • Qualify the suitability of each customer’s requirements against the features of our products
  • Use the CRM to record accurate client information, including personal actions and activity
  • Call new leads and existing database contacts to generate prospects and progress opportunities through to reservation
  • Report personal sales activity and results
  • Use strong consultative selling skills to match customer requirements with the features of our products
  • Demonstrate excellent understanding of, and aptitude for, computer and software technology
  • Maintain superb phone and email communication
  • Work hard and manage time effectively
  • Bring a proactive and creative approach to sales
  • Assist with property handover and sales progression for clients
  • Build strong relationships with partners, referrers and clients

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in off-plan property and buy-to-let investment
  • Experience in the Manchester property market
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Must be based in Manchester city centre
  • Comfortable in an office-based, face-to-face sales role
  • Weekend work
  • Full driving licence
