The opportunity
We’re hiring experienced 360° recruiters to join our Sydney business, from Senior Consultant through to leadership level. This isn’t about inheriting a desk. It’s about building your own market, becoming a recognised specialist and developing long-term partnerships with clients and candidates in one of the world’s most exciting recruitment markets. What you’ll be doing
- Building trusted relationships with senior business leaders
- Winning new business through consultative, insight-led conversations
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Growing specialist talent communities
- Advising clients on hiring strategy, salaries and market trends
- Creating and executing your own market growth plan
- Collaborating with high-performing teams across Australia & NZ
Who we’re looking for
You’ll likely bring:
- A successful track record in 360° agency recruitment
- Strong business development capability
- Experience managing permanent and/or contract recruitment desks
- Commercial acumen with a consultative approach
- A competitive mindset and passion for achieving results
- A genuine desire to build a life and career in Australia
Visa Sponsorship
We’re actively welcoming applications from experienced recruiters currently based in the United Kingdom & Ireland. You’ll ideally have either:
- Five or more years’ experience in 360° agency recruitment, including business development, ideally within Finance & Accounting or Technology, with a proven history of generating revenue; or
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology, plus at least one year of successful 360° agency recruitment experience including business development.
