We are looking for an ambitious Recruiter or Senior
to join one of our busiest & most successful teams based in our fabulous Edinburgh office. This is a great opportunity to join a high performing team who offer indepth market knowledge & long standing client & candidate relationships from which you would be able to leverage further success.
This is a fast paced & competitive market with great potential & you will need good energy levels & have an appetite for targets & getting ahead of your competitors.
Your new role
The responsibilities include:
- Building long term connections with your client base - introducing yourself & Hays to new prospective client over calls, emails & F2F meetings. Seeking out new businesses to work with, attend networking events - raise your profile!
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Sourcing, screening and recruiting top-tier candidates in a candidate short market - become their 'go to' contact & provide a consultancy service to them
- Drafting reports, ensuring compliance across all activities, and participating in internal projects.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the business
