🚀 Hays are Hiring: Experienced Recruitment Consultant – Business Support
Locations: You can be based from our Reading or Guildford office
Specialism: Business Support (Admin, PA, EA, Office Managers)
Desk Type: Temp
Salary: £38,423-£40,000 + uncapped commission

There is a strong existing client and candidate base, with a proven billing history (£300k+ annually) This is a clear opportunity to scale and grow immediately.

- Running a 360 desk, supporting both candidates and clients with their hiring needs
- Providing expert, specialist advice to candidates in the Business Support market
- Developing and implementing effective business development strategies
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Leading by example through consistent fee performance, activity and attitude
- Building strong market intelligence and staying ahead of trends
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced recruitment consultant (essential)
- Proven billing track record
- Strong relationship-building and BD skills
- Motivated to take ownership of a high-potential desk
