Experienced Recruitment Consultant – Engineering & Renewable Energy (Consulting Focus) We are expanding our high-performing consulting division at Amoria Bond and are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants with at least 12 months’ experience who want to take the next step into a more consultative, solution-led role. This position sits within our Advanced Engineering and Renewable Energy teams, supporting clients across the UK, Europe, and US markets. It is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment but is looking to move beyond transactional delivery into a more strategic, advisory-style approach with clients. About the role This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant position with a strong emphasis on consultative client engagement and solution delivery. You will be working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver high-quality outcomes across specialist engineering and energy projects.
