Experienced Recruitment Consultant – Engineering & Renewable Energy (Consulting Focus) We are expanding our high-performing consulting division at Amoria Bond and are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants with at least 12 months’ experience who want to take the next step into a more consultative, solution-led role. This position sits within our Advanced Engineering and Renewable Energy teams, supporting clients across the UK, Europe, and US markets. It is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment but is looking to move beyond transactional delivery into a more strategic, advisory-style approach with clients. About the role This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant position with a strong emphasis on consultative client engagement and solution delivery. You will be working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver high-quality outcomes across specialist engineering and energy projects. Key responsibilities include: Building and developing long-term, consultative client relationships Partnering with clients to understand project requirements and workforce challenges Developing tailored talent solutions across engineering and renewable energy markets Headhunting and engaging specialist candidates for niche technical roles Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to placement Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates Developing your own market strategy and personal desk ownership Working across either UK, European or US markets About you We are looking for individuals who: Have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience (any sector considered, engineering or technical a plus) Are confident in client-facing and business development environments Are commercially minded with a consultative approach Can build strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders Are motivated by progression, performance and earning potential Want to move into a more strategic, advisory recruitment role rather than purely transactional delivery What we offer Highly competitive basic salary with uncapped commission Strong earning potential with top consultants earning £200k+ Structured 10-step progression pathway from Consultant to Director Fast-track management opportunities within 12–24 months Award-winning training and development programmes with dedicated coaching support Exposure to international markets and global client portfolios Relocation opportunities across offices in Europe, US and Asia Hybrid working and flexible working arrangements Company car scheme including premium brands Monthly incentives, team events and global company socials Annual personal development allowance Comprehensive wellbeing and support programmes About Amoria Bond Amoria Bond is an international recruitment and consulting business operating across technology, engineering and energy sectors.
