Commercial Potential

Employment Requirements
To thrive here, you should have:
- 12 months + of 360° recruitment experience (preferably in technology or finance).
- Sharp commercial awareness and a confident mindset.
- A proactive approach, take ownership, and excel in communication.
- Ability to deliver outstanding client and candidate experiences.
Salary Insights
For the Senior role: Salary range is £36,000–£44,000.
