Following an exceptional first half of the year, Search is continuing to invest in the growth of our Commercial division. We're looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Commercial team in our Leeds City Centre office, recruiting commercial sales professionals across Yorkshire. With an established client base already generating live vacancies, you'll have the opportunity to start earning from day one, while building your own portfolio through proactive business development.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a desk with existing active clients, giving you the chance to start billing from day one, while also having the autonomy to grow your own market through business development. The Role
As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage and grow a specialist permanent desk, partnering with businesses across Yorkshire to recruit high-calibre commercial sales professionals. You'll:
- Build strong relationships with an established portfolio of existing clients.
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive B2B sales and networking.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates using headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and job boards.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer management.
- Become a trusted recruitment partner within the Yorkshire commercial market.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets while continuing to develop your personal brand.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who already has recruitment experience and is hungry to grow. You'll have:

- Previous experience in recruitment with a proven billing record.
- A passion for business development and the confidence to win new clients.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and influencing abilities.
