TEMPUS DESIGN & BUILD LTD offers architectural design services and construction services. Based in Greater Manchester, the company provides high-quality development consultancy and construction services to both public and private sectors nationwide.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced residential Site Manager located in Greater Manchester. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations on a residential construction site, managing people and resources, ensuring projects stay within budget, providing training as needed, and maintaining effective communication throughout the construction process.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Experience in bespoke residential house building
- Training abilities
- Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Relevant qualification in construction management
Essential requirements
- Proven experience managing new-build housing developments
- Strong knowledge of current building regulations and warranty provider standards
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First aid certificates
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Full UK driving license
