WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATELY!
We are a growing roofing company looking for an experienced Appointment Setter / Power Dialer who knows how to engage homeowners, overcome objections, and consistently book qualified roofing appointments.
This is NOT an entry-level position. We are only looking for applicants with previous appointment setting experience in the roofing industry.

Compensation
- Monday – Friday: $4.00 USD per hour
- Optional Saturday & Sunday Shifts: $5.00 USD per hour
- Bonus: $25.00 for every homeowner who completes their scheduled roofing inspection or estimate.
START DATE
We are hiring immediately and looking for someone who can begin as soon as possible.
Required Experience
Applicants MUST have at least one (1) year of appointment setting experience in one or more of the following:

WORK SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM EST – 6:00 PM EST
- One (1) hour unpaid lunch break
You must be logged in and ready to begin calling at the start of every shift.
Optional Weekend Hours
Saturday and Sunday shifts are available for those who want additional hours and are paid at $5.00 USD per hour.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
This is a high-volume outbound calling position.
Minimum Expectations Include:
- 500+ outbound dials per day
- 2,500+ outbound dials per week
- Minimum of five (5) qualified roofing appointments each week
- Confirm all homeowners and decision-makers will be present for the scheduled inspection or estimate
- Follow company scripts while confidently overcoming objections
- Maintain accurate CRM notes after every call
- Maintain a high show rate and quality appointment ratio
Applicants who consistently fail to meet attendance, production, or quality expectations may have their contract terminated.

Required Equipment
Applicants must have:
- Previous roofing appointment setting experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Reliable computer or laptop
- Professional USB noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet connection
- Quiet work environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
