Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Experienced Sales Executive role based in Swansea. The person in this role will identify and engage prospective customers, respond to inquiries, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals. Typical day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves maintaining accurate records in the sales system, following up on leads, and building long-term relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service. The Experienced Sales Executive will collaborate closely with colleagues in finance, service, and administration to ensure a smooth customer experience and support sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive or related sales, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and in writing.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, lead management, negotiation, and closing.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site within a fast-paced retail environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
  • Comfort using sales and customer management software; basic proficiency with standard office applications.
  • Knowledge of the automotive market and vehicle features is highly beneficial; willingness to learn product details quickly.
  • Valid driving license and eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
