The Role
This is a fast-paced, deal-driven position where you’ll be:
- Building and converting applicant pipelines
- Conducting high-volume viewings
- Negotiating and closing lets across London
- Leveraging a wider stock pool to maximise deal flow
You’ll operate in a performance-led environment designed for ambitious negotiators who want more - more stock, more deals, more control over their earnings.
About You
- Proven background in sales or lettings
- Sharp commercial instinct and a competitive edge
- Strong closer who thrives under pressure
- Highly motivated by commission and progression
- Full UK driving licence required
