Since 1995 Smith & Western have been serving great tasting fresh food, mouth-watering cocktails and belly busting deserts in our authentically themed restaurants across the South. We are a family run restaurant with over 25 years’ experience. Our passion and drive are still as strong as it was on the day we opened our first restaurant.
We pride ourselves on our great food and great service in a fun and friendly environment. We are looking for customer service chameleons to join our team offering nothing but the best service, tailored individually to our customers. Our Servers should always be on hand to offer a consistently helpful and enthusiastic service with a smile!

We are ideally looking for full and part time Waiters and Waitresses with some previous experience in a similar branded, fast-paced hospitality environment, however this is not essential as full training is given.
You will have a good eye for detail and pride yourself on upholding our high brand standards, as well as enjoying working in a fun, authentic environment where you can really bring your personality to work with you. Happy working your own area of between 8-12 tables you will be comfortable in a busy environment, working as part of a team to create a memorable dining experience for our customers.
