Established in 2007, Signwrite Studios Ltd has built a reputation for delivering high-quality signage, vehicle graphics and large format print solutions for businesses across Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, London and beyond.

As an established independent signage company with ambitious plans for the future, we're looking for an experienced Sign Maker / Large Format Print Finisher to join our busy production team.

This is a predominantly workshop-based role where you'll be responsible for producing a wide variety of signage and graphics using our in-house production equipment. Working with large format digital printers, laminators, CNC routing equipment, flatbed printers and print finishing machinery, you'll help deliver exceptional products for our clients.

This is not an installation role; however, a willingness to occasionally support our installation team during busy periods or on larger projects would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture a wide range of commercial signage and graphics to a consistently high standard.
  • Read and interpret production job sheets and specifications.
  • Operate laminators, CNC router, flatbed printer and vinyl plotters (Roland, Mimaki, Summa & Similar)
  • Processing artwork through RIP for printing
  • Application of vinyl onto various substrates
  • Print, laminate, weed, trim and finish graphics.
  • Manufacture products including:
    • Acrylic, Dibond, Foamex and PVC signs
    • Tray signs
    • Post and panel signs
    • Banners
    • Wall Wraps & Window graphics
    • Vehicle graphics
    • Large format printed graphics
    • Bespoke commercial signage
  • Carry out quality inspections throughout production.
  • Package completed work ready for dispatch or installation.
  • Assist with stock control of production materials.
  • Maintain machinery and ensure the workshop remains clean, organised and safe.
  • Support colleagues across production to achieve customer deadlines.
  • Provide occasional assistance with installations when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
