Role Description
The Experienced Skin Therapist will deliver high-quality, personalised skin care treatments, including advanced facials, skin rejuvenation procedures, and tailored treatment plans aligned with clinic protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conducting client consultations
- Assessing skin conditions
- Recommending appropriate treatments and home-care products
- Maintaining detailed and accurate client records
- Performing hair removal services
- Supporting aesthetic dermatology procedures
- Ensuring treatment rooms are prepared, clean, and compliant with clinic standards

The therapist will collaborate closely with medical and aesthetic professionals, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to sales of skincare products and treatment packages in a professional, ethical manner. This is a part-time/full-time on-site role based in Manchester, requiring consistent availability during clinic operating hours.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Skin Care and Cosmetology, including advanced facial treatments and skin health assessment.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Ability to support Sales of skincare products and treatment plans in a consultative, client-focused manner.
- Relevant professional qualification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or aesthetic skin care (Level 3 or higher, or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a clinic, spa, or aesthetic/dermatology setting, preferably in a luxury or medical environment.
- Knowledge of hygiene, infection control, and clinical safety standards in a CQC-regulated setting.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
