Experienced Social Worker

Salary: £44,845 - £46,992 (Inclusive of 12.5% market supplement)

Hours per week: 37 hours

We are a compassionate and person-centred Adult Community Team supporting people aged 18 and over who are living with physical disabilities, chronic and long-term conditions, autism, or sensory impairments.

About the Role:

If you are an experienced Social Worker ready to step into a role that combines leadership and skill development, this is a great opportunity to use your expertise while shaping best practice within a collaborative and values-led team.

In this varied role, you will:

  • Work closely with individuals, families, and carers, always taking a person-centred, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
  • Complete Care Act 2014 assessments, identify needs, and manage both short-term and long-term cases.
  • Progress safeguarding enquiries, support Court of Protection matters, and work closely with health and multidisciplinary partners.
  • Respond to changing needs with compassion and integrity.
