💰 Experienced Social Worker: £45,841- £48,036 per annum (Inclusive of 15% market supplement)
💰 Advanced Social Worker: £49,264 - £51,854 (Inclusive of 15% market supplement)
📍 Locations: Chippenham or Trowbridge

Liquid Personnel is delighted to be recruiting for Social Workers and Senior Social Workers to join Wiltshire Council's highly regarded Support & Safeguarding Team.

The Role
As a member of the Support & Safeguarding Team, you'll work with children and families who require longer-term support, intervention, and protection.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection, and Public Law cases
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children and families to create sustainable change
- Undertaking assessments, care planning, and direct interventions to safeguard children
- Working closely with partner agencies to deliver effective multi-agency support
- Contributing to court work and statutory processes where required
- Supporting children to remain safely within their families wherever possible

About You
We're looking for passionate and dedicated practitioners who are committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families.
You'll need:
- Social Work England registration
- A recognised Social Work qualification
- Completion of ASYE
- Experience within Children's Social Care, safeguarding, or family support services
- Strong assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to high-quality, child-centred practice
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
