Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday
- 1 weekend in 4 (Saturday & Sunday)
- Fixed evening rota
Experienced Team Leader – Gym 01
Portsmouth | Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Your Role
You'll become one of the leaders responsible for creating an outstanding experience for every member who walks through our doors. Your day could include:
- Leading the front-of-house team during your shift.
- Welcoming new members and helping them feel part of the Gym 01 community.
- Supporting enquiries and converting them into memberships.
- Helping existing members stay engaged throughout their membership journey.
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of Fuel Café.
- Coaching and supporting team members.
- Maintaining exceptional standards across the facility.
- Making sure our systems, processes and member communication remain first class.
- Looking for ways to improve how we operate not because someone asked you to, but because you care enough to make things better.

Experience We'd Love You To Have
- You'll already have experience leading a team in hospitality, leisure, fitness or retail.
- Experience using Clubwise, Square POS and ConnectTeam would be a real advantage, although we can teach you our systems if you've got the right attitude.
- You'll also be comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive and Sheets).
