About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Tenancy Progressor to join our Central London offices at Foxtons, London’s leading estate agency. Join a dynamic team where you can combine a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with opportunities for career growth, team development, and professional influence.
As part of our growing progression team, you’ll play a hands-on role in managing the entire tenancy journey—from securing offers to ensuring smooth move-in—while contributing to professional development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full tenancy progression process, ensuring seamless transitions for tenants, landlords, and agents
- Use strong organisation, problem-solving, and communication skills to address challenges and maintain clear, efficient progress
- Help build and shape a new team from scratch, establishing best practices, onboarding processes, and function standards
- Support new hires through training and mentorship, fostering collaboration and a positive client experience
- Maintain high attention to detail and effective written/verbal communication to serve clients at the highest standard

Person Specification
Essential
- Previous experience as a Tenancy Progressor or in a similar property/lettings transaction role
- Strong sales or tenancy progression background
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues efficiently, juggle multiple activities, and nurture relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/lettings software
Desirable
- Experience with Foxtons’ systems or similar high-volume lettings agencies
- Experience in partners, agencies, or landlord networks
