Experienced Veterinary Surgeon - Shape a Brand-New Practice

Up to £80,000 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus | No OOH | Full or Part-Time

Your experience deserves more than just another role — it deserves influence.

We’re looking for an Experienced Veterinary Surgeon to play a pivotal role in launching a brand-new, purpose-built Vets for Pets practice in East Grinstead.

This isn’t a “slot into the rota” position. It’s an opportunity to bring your clinical expertise, judgement, and ideas into a fresh setting where you’ll help define how the practice runs, feels, and grows. From day one, your voice will carry weight.

The Opportunity

You’ll be stepping into a modern, thoughtfully designed practice with the freedom to work to a high clinical standard — and the trust to do things properly.

  • Digital & dental X-ray
  • Ultrasound
  • In-house laboratory
  • Spacious theatre and modern consult rooms
  • Well-designed, comfortable staff areas

Everything is in place for you to focus on what you do best: delivering excellent care and helping build a strong, supportive team around you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
