Experienced Warehouse Operative / Van Driver
Location: Slough (Colnbrook area, SL3 0DF) – On-site
Salary: £12.50 to £14.18 per hour (Equivalent to £26,000 - £29,500 per annum, dependent on experience)
Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role
We are seeking a reliable and versatile Warehouse Operative / Van Driver to join our team in Slough. You will split your time between managing warehouse inventory and making timely deliveries, ensuring our high service standards are met every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and organise stock within the warehouse.
- Use warehouse IT systems to log inventory and track shipments.
- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift for stock movement.
- Transport and deliver goods to clients using company vans.
- Maintain clean, organised warehouse and vehicle workspaces.
About You (Skills & Experience)
- Full right to work in the UK / UK Residency (Essential).
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Essential).
- Clean UK Driving Licence (Essential).
- Good IT Literacy to confidently navigate logistics systems.
- High attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
- Ability to work comfortably during our 1100hrs to 2030hrs shift.
- Must pass a background check (5-year checkable work history and a clean DBS check are mandatory).
