We’re looking for an Experiential & Content Producer to join our London team and help bring ambitious ideas to life across experiential, content and integrated productions. This is a hands-on role for a highly organised, solutions-focused producer who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys taking projects from early concept through to flawless delivery. You’ll partner closely with creatives, account teams, clients and specialist production partners to produce standout work across live experiences, events, filmed content, motion, post-production and integrated campaigns. Whether leading a large-scale activation, managing content shoots or navigating complex timelines and budgets, you’ll play a central role in shaping award-worthy creative output. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll oversee projects end-to-end from scoping and budgeting through to production, delivery and wrap-up ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard. This role will see you: Lead experiential and content productions across multiple workstreams simultaneously Build and manage production timelines, budgets, suppliers and delivery teams Collaborate with creatives and client teams to identify the smartest and most effective production solutions Manage external vendors, freelancers and specialist partners from briefing through to final delivery Oversee production and post-production processes including live action, editing, graphics and animation Identify and mitigate production, budget and IP risks in partnership with Business Affairs Support resource planning, forecasting and operational excellence across projects Drive quality, efficiency and profitability while maintaining exceptional creative standards What We’re Looking For You’ll bring strong production experience from an agency or production creative environment, with a track record delivering experiential and content-led projects for major international brands. You should be: Confident leading productions from concept to completion Experienced managing complex budgets, negotiations and timelines Calm under pressure with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Commercially minded with a solid understanding of production operations and profitability An excellent communicator who can manage stakeholders, clients and suppliers with confidence Collaborative, proactive and energised by creative environments Experience across experiential, events, filmed content and integrated campaign production is essential, alongside a strong understanding of agency workflows and fast-paced client environments.
