Creative Lead / Associate Creative Director
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £70,000
We're partnering with an exciting creative business at the intersection of experiential, live events, immersive experiences, and digital content to find a Creative Lead / Associate Creative Director to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Creative, Experiential Creative, or Associate Creative Director looking to step into a leadership role, managing and mentoring a talented in-house creative team while shaping ambitious, experience-led campaigns.
You'll act as the central creative figure across the business, working closely with commercial, production, and marketing teams to develop standout creative concepts, support new business pitches, and ensure projects are delivered to an exceptional standard.

The Role
- Lead and inspire a growing team of designers, nurturing creative talent and raising the standard of work across the studio.
- Drive the creative vision across experiential campaigns, immersive experiences, branded content, and integrated marketing projects.
- Develop insight-led concepts that balance creativity with commercial objectives.
- Work closely with production and commercial teams to ensure ideas are both ambitious and deliverable.
- Present concepts and creative thinking to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Help shape creative processes and workflows to improve collaboration, quality, and efficiency.
- Oversee projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience leading creative teams within an agency, experiential, events, or immersive environment.
- Comes from a design background, with a strong understanding of visual craft and creative execution.
- Has a portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, experiential projects, or immersive experiences.
- Is equally comfortable developing big creative ideas and rolling up their sleeves to help bring them to life.
- Has excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Can confidently collaborate across design, motion, digital, production, and commercial teams.
- Has a commercial mindset and understands how to balance ambitious ideas with budgets and delivery.
- Is passionate about culture, innovation, and creating memorable audience experiences.
