Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Experimentation Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless execution and management of our client’s experimentation-led growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the Experimentation Lead, this role focuses on operational oversight, reporting, and communication for global testing programs. You’ll be pivotal in ensuring experiments run efficiently, deliver actionable insights, and meet deadlines—bridging strategy with technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution of Global Experimentation Activities
- Execute, coordinate, and monitor daily tactical operations for the client’s global testing roadmap, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
- Support the Experimentation Lead in preparing and executing high-impact experimentation growth opportunities, addressing all technical and operational elements.
- Track experiment progress, update project timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation via tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Assist in resource allocation, monitor testing throughput, and track Return on Investment (ROI) against established guidelines.
- Generate and disseminate clear, data-driven performance reports for the Experimentation Lead and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain open communication with client stakeholders, providing regular updates on experimentation planning, status, and results.
- Proactively communicate backlog status, potential blockers, and upcoming activities to the Experimentation Lead and relevant teams.

Experimentation Implementation & Operations Support
- Apply Experimentation-Led Growth (ELG) principles through hands-on execution, fostering a culture of continuous learning and data-driven operations.
- Follow and implement the ELG framework, methodologies, and best practices to ensure experiment execution adheres to defined standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, execute, and analyse experiments per predefined designs, ensuring seamless and timely completions.
- Maintain testing infrastructure for efficient iteration, resolving operational issues and troubleshooting technical challenges.
- Extract and summarise raw data and key findings from experiment results, preparing insights for in-depth analysis.
Technical Delivery & Platform Configuration
- Configure, set up, and execute experimentation programs using advanced platforms, analytics suites (e.g., measurement tools), and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Apply expertise in experimentation-focused technologies, maximising testing velocity, accuracy, and alignment with growth objectives.
- Create and manage tickets for technical tasks, bug fixes, and data requests related to experimentation setups and monitoring.

Flawless Execution & Project Coordination
- Proficient in executing, coordinating, and managing global experimentation initiatives, ensuring deadlines and scope are met.
- Skilled in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, with expert use of tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Instrumental in refining and following repeatable experimentation frameworks for setup, technical delivery, and reporting.

Data-Driven Support & Commercial Awareness
- Accurately collects, compiles, and organises experimental data for analysis, including A/B testing principles and insight extraction.
- Aligns technical delivery with measureable business value, contributing to ROI tracking.
- Produces clear, concise performance reports tailored to diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Serves as a reliable client contact, managing expectations and delivering updates on experiment status and timelines.
- Collaborates with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing, data science) for seamless execution.
- Articulates technical processes, requirements, and status updates effectively.
