Experimentation Manager
Experimentations Operations Coordinator 🌍 VML, part of WPP (Permanent Position)
About the Role
Create and scale impactful Experimentation-Led Growth initiatives with our bay 7 Experimentation team. Reporting to the Experimentation Lead, your work will integrate global testing strategies with regionalised execution to drive measurable growth for leading clients and markets.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your role will span operational execution, cross-functional coordination, and localised testing roll-outs to ensure seamless delivery of experimentation programs across diverse regions:
Operational Execution
- Execute, coordinate, and monitor market-specific and regional experimentation roadmaps, adapting campaigns to local markets while maintaining global consistency.
- Manage Jira/Asana ticketing, timelines, and resource allocation for regional testing initiatives, ensuring projects stay on-schedule and in-scope.
- Calculate ROI for experiments and produce clear, actionable performance reports for the Experimentation Lead and stakeholders, with regional performance breakdowns.
- Proactively escalate blockers/risks to project owners, advising on adjustments for market-specific success.

Experimentation Implementation & Operations
- Support the hands-on execution of Experimentation-Led Growth strategies, scaling solutions across international teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Regional Marketing, Product, Localisation) to configure, deploy, and troubleshoot experiments efficiently.
- Extract and analyse key experiment findings, summarising data both for internal strategy teams and as a tool for client insights.
Technical Delivery & Platform Configuration
- Set up advanced experimentation platforms, analytics suites, and Customer Data Platforms with attention to regional localisation.
- Manage technical tickets/data requests, ensuring smooth deployment of experiments across regions.

- Strong analytical skills to unpack experiment results into revenue-driven insights.
- Track cross-regional performance, translating raw data into clear reports for stakeholders.

- Act as a trusted client contact, managing expectations and communicating testing progress.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Engineering, Localisation teams on global rollouts.
