Expert Agentic AI Engineer

Expert Agentic AI Engineer – Full-Time, UK

About the Role

Join as an Expert Agentic AI Engineer and become part of a cross-functional team, shaping the future of AI-driven experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Design, build, train, and deploy production-grade Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP models
  • Optimise ML models for enterprise-scale latency, throughput, and performance, with seamless integration into data warehouses and automated workflow bots
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to develop high-quality data pipelines, automated feature stores, and secure preprocessing routines
  • Establish and scale MLOps workflows, ensuring model lineage tracking, code versioning, automated validation, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Set the technical direction for AI engineering, evaluating emerging methodologies and mentoring senior team members

Requirements

  • 5+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Expert) of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining ML models in live production
  • Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks, including building autonomous workflows, custom plugins, and orchestration logic using Microsoft Copilot Studio or semantic kernels
  • Proficiency in cloud AI infrastructure, especially Azure AI Foundry (formerly Azure AI Studio), and deploying generative AI models and prompt flows
  • Strong background in integrating LLMs with external APIs, enterprise data sources, and RPA tools for autonomous action execution
  • Elite Python proficiency alongside experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, or Hugging Face
  • Experience with MLOps tools and cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML)
  • Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithmic complexity, clean code). A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a quantitative field is preferred
