About the Role
Join a cross-functional development team shaping tomorrow’s AI-driven experiences. As an Expert Agentic AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI systems with a focus on autonomous agentic architectures.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, train, and deploy production-grade Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing (NLP) models
- Optimize models for enterprise-scale performance, ensuring seamless integration with data warehouses and automation workflows
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to architect high-quality data pipelines, automated feature stores, and secure preprocessing routines
- Establish and scale MLOps workflows for model lineage tracking, code versioning, automated validation, and continuous deployment

- Define the technical direction for AI engineering across multiple squads
- Evaluate emerging AI methodologies and provide mentorship to senior team members
- Lead advanced R&D initiatives in agentic AI and autonomous systems

Requirements
Essential
- 5+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Expert) of production ML experience (model development, deployment, and maintenance)
- Hands-on expertise in agentic frameworks, including:
- Building autonomous workflows with Microsoft Copilot Studio or semantic kernels
- Proven cloud AI deployment experience, specifically:
- Fine-tuning generative AI models within Azure AI Foundry (formerly Azure AI Studio)
- Working with PromptFlow and vector databases
- Strong integration skills for connecting LLMs to APIs, enterprise data, and RPA tools
- Advanced Python proficiency, paired with expertise in:
- Core ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face)
- MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML)
- Rock-solid computer science fundamentals:
- Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and clean coding principles
- Recommendation: Formal qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields
