We're Hiring | Expert Nail Technician (BIAB & Bio Sculpture)
Full Time | Permanent
Tarvin, Chester & Kingsley, Frodsham

We're looking for an experienced Gel Nail Specialist and Beauty Therapist to join our growing team—someone who takes pride in their work, loves building lasting client relationships, and wants to be part of a salon that values quality over quantity.
About the Role
Initially you'll work:
- ✨ 2 days each week at Novum Hair & Beauty, Tarvin
- ✨ 3 days each week at Novum Skin & Wellness, Kingsley
Later this year, you'll move into a full-time position at our Tarvin salon to cover maternity leave within our established beauty team, working with an existing loyal client base. This is a permanent role, so once maternity cover ends, you'll continue your career with Novum, working from Tarvin, Kingsley, or across both locations as the business continues to grow.

- Hand Applied Tanning
- Caflon Ear Piercing
- LCN Toenail Reconstruction
(Don't worry if you don't offer all of these—we can provide training for the right person.)
You'll Be Someone Who
- Holds an NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
- Delivers exceptional client experiences from consultation through to aftercare
- Loves creating beautiful, high-quality nail work
- Enjoys learning and continually developing your skills
- Takes pride in professionalism and attention to detail
- Works well as part of a supportive team
- Wants to build long-term relationships with clients rather than simply filling appointments
- Shares our passion for delivering outstanding service with genuine care
