About This Opportunity

About the Role

We're hiring talent acquisition leaders to set standards for AI-completed recruiting work. You will contribute your professional expertise to a confidential AI research initiative. All work is remote, flexible (5-20 hours per week), and project-based.

Typical Work

  • Design rubrics for AI-completed recruiting work
  • Review contributor scenarios
  • Advise on fair, effective hiring practices
