About This Opportunity
About the role
We're hiring legal operations professionals and paralegals to demonstrate the operational side of legal work. You will contribute your professional expertise to a confidential AI research initiative.
All work is remote, flexible (5-20 hours per week), and project-based.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years in legal operations or as a paralegal
- No AI experience needed - we train you on our tools
Typical work
- Demonstrate contract lifecycle tracking in simulated systems
- Demonstrate matter intake and prioritization workflows
- Demonstrate billing review and document management processes
- Document each process step-by-step
