About This Opportunity
About the Role
We're hiring senior customer success managers to author complex customer scenarios and evaluate AI work. You will contribute your professional expertise to a confidential AI research initiative. All work is remote, flexible (5-20 hours per week), and project-based.
Typical Work
- Author scenarios involving at-risk accounts, expansion plays, and multi-stakeholder renewals
- Create rubrics for evaluating customer communications
- Grade AI-completed customer communications
