This is an office-based position.
Responsibilities
You will act as a key driver of growth within our market-leading product portfolio, specialising in the financial services sector. Your role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, nurturing high-value opportunities, and delivering against ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales targets across all relevant iPipeline products, with a focus on financial services and insurance.
- Drive growth in the protection sourcing portal (Portal) market through:
- New logo acquisition
- Upselling additional product features
- Lead targeted lead generation activities to penetrate key organisations.
- Accurately qualify opportunities to optimise use of sales resources.
- Align and execute the Portal sales strategy in line with global business plans.
- Communicate complex ideas, challenges, and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Manage pre-sales resources and contribute to the development of client investment justification materials.
- Engage confidently with C-level executives to advance sales opportunities.
- Proactively manage key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
- Provide accurate sales reporting and forecasting to support planning.
- Professionally represent iPipeline, promoting our values and vision to prospects and industry peers.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to help shape product roadmaps and requirements.
- Work closely with Product and Marketing Teams to define go-to-market strategies.
- Attend (and, where applicable, speak at) industry events and seminars.

Requirements
You must have:
- Proven experience in sales within the financial services sector, with a strong track record of securing new business.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing deals.
- Ability to build, influence, and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the Life, Pensions, and Investments industries, including:
- Experience with policy administration systems
- Knowledge of e-signature solutions
- Strong grasp of consultative selling techniques, including the ability to collaborate across client buying networks to shape tailored solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with a professional and diplomatic approach.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently to set and achieve goals.
- Ability to lead bids and collaborate effectively as part of a team, while motivating colleagues to drive success.
- Willingness to extensively travel within the UK.
