Do you have previous export administration or sales administration experience? Have you coordinated deliveries with international customers, warehousing and couriers? Are you looking for a busy, full time role in a small team environment?
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a well-established manufacturing business with an international footprint. It's a varied role combining customer service, logistics coordination and administration with national and international clients. As part of the Logistics & Customer Service team, you will be the first point of contact for customers over email, while supporting the Sales Managers and Purchasing Team to ensure orders are processed efficiently from receipt through to delivery and invoicing. You’ll play an important role in ensuring customers receive a first-class service, keeping them informed throughout the order process and responding promptly to enquiries.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
