Job Summary

ANGLOCO Ltd is seeking a highly organised and proactive Export Sales Engineer to join our Export Sales team. This role is responsible for handling daily export enquiries and supporting the coordination of international fire-fighting vehicle projects from initial enquiry through to delivery. The position acts as a key link between sales, engineering, production, logistics, and overseas customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Enquiry Handling

  • Manage and respond to daily export sales enquiries from international customers and agents
  • Prepare quotations and sales documentation in coordination with the Export Sales Manager
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and orders in internal systems

Project & Order Coordination

  • Coordinate export orders from confirmation through production, inspection, shipment, and handover
  • Liaise with internal departments (engineering, production, purchasing, QA) to ensure project timelines are met
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to customers and sales managers

Export & Logistics Operations

  • Assist with export documentation including contracts, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and inspection bodies
  • Support compliance with export regulations and customer-specific requirements

Customer & Agent Support

  • Act as a primary point of contact for overseas customers and distributors
  • Handle day-to-day communication, including technical clarifications (with engineering support)
  • Support customer visits, factory inspections, and vehicle handovers when required

Administrative & Reporting Support

  • Maintain project files and documentation
  • Prepare internal reports on order status, shipments, and sales activity
  • Support continuous improvement of export sales and coordination processes

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Experience in export sales support, project coordination, or international operations
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries and projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Desirable

  • Experience in vehicle manufacturing, automotive, or capital equipment industries
  • Knowledge of export documentation and international logistics
  • Experience working with international customers or distributors
  • Additional language skills (advantageous but not essential)
