Role Overview: Export Specialist - NPWT ICO
You’ll advance Solventum’s mission in the EMEA Supply Chain Team, directly in Distribution & Logistics, overseeing NPWT global exports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage NPWT intercompany export orders and related documentation within the ERP system (primarily Oracle).
- Ensure seamless timely renewal of export orders for global warehouses—serving wholesalers and direct customers.
- Liaise daily with global supply chain teams: warehouses, planning, transport, quality, and trade compliance.
- Prioritize workload, identify and resolve issues daily for optimal performance.
- Demonstrate careful attention to detail and compliance, especially regarding export regulations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Office tools (Excel/Word), and exposure to international trade processes.
Collaborators: Sharp, diverse minds eager to refine Solventum’s impact together.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Core Requirements
- Proven ability to collaborate as a strong team player (looking for multi-disciplinary teammates).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills (English proficiency essential).
- High proficiency with ERP systems—specifically Oracle, given our digital infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of export documentation and logistics, aligned with global standards.
- Polished proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
