Export Specialist
We’re working with a well-established freight forwarder who is looking to add an Export Specialist to their team in Tilbury, Essex.
Key Responsibilities: Handling of deep-sea export shipments (FCL/LCL) Booking cargo with shipping lines and managing job files Supporting senior team members in coordinating international exports Communicating with customers, suppliers, and carriers to gather and confirm shipment details Manage the export documentation and customs process Updating internal systems and ensuring all compliance standards are met

Key Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of experience working for a freight forwarder handling export shipments Deep-sea and airfreight export experience is essential Must have experience completing export entries Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills GCSE or equivalent qualifications (A-C / 4-9) in core subjects including Maths and English Confident communication and IT literacy (Microsoft Office, etc.)
