Export Trade Administrator

We’re expanding our international operations and looking for an organised, detail-driven Export Trade Administrator who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys keeping complex export processes running smoothly. We are looking for candidates who genuinely want to work for us, be part of what we're building and are excited by our business, our brands, and the opportunity itself.

This role sits at the heart of our global customer journey, from processing export orders to preparing compliant documentation, co-ordinating freight partners, and ensuring every shipment leaves on time. You’ll be the link between our commercial, warehouse, production, and logistics teams, keeping overseas customers informed and supported throughout the order cycle.

What you’ll be doing

  • Processing export orders, quotations, and sales documentation with accuracy and pace.
  • Preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and certificates of origin.
  • Liaising with freight forwarders, shipping agents, couriers, and customs brokers.
  • Monitoring shipments and providing proactive updates on lead times and delivery schedules.
  • Ensuring all documentation meets customer requirements, customs regulations, and export procedures.
  • Managing delivery issues, courier claims, and discrepancies to resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM and Sage records.
  • Supporting the export sales team and building strong relationships with distributors and trade partners.
  • Working closely with the Head of Commercial & Procurement on stock availability and customer priorities.
  • Coordinating with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement across export administration processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
