Whether you’re running a standalone Express site, a petrol filling station (PFS), or a small‑format supermarket, you’ll lead from the front, set the tone, and build a workplace everyone is proud of.
About the Role
- Lead, inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service with heart

- Take ownership of store performance, colleague capability and commercial delivery
- Manage cost control, stock processes, pricing strategy and profit drivers
- Maintain safety and compliance — including all PFS and forecourt requirements
- Deliver day‑to‑day people management with professionalism and care
